REDUCTION IN ESTIMATES. Received February 28, 10.50 a.m. , LONDON, Feb. 27. The Daily Telegraph states that the Armv Estimates will amount to £52,000,000, which is £10,000,000 below those for 1922-23, representing the War Office’s saving beyond the recommendations of the Geddes committee.—A. and N.Z. cable.
