BEQUESTS MADE.

Under the will of the late Hugh Cassidy the following bequests have been made: Roman Catholic Church, llokitika, £200; annuity of £2O in perpetuity for the maintenance of the Roman Catholic Church ai, Springfield; £25 per annum in perpetuity to the Marist Bros.' schools in Christchurch for a prize lo be known as tin.' Hugh Cassidy Scholarship. On the termination of certain life interests, one-half of the residuary estate will be bequeathed to the Marist Bros, to be expended for the genera! purposes of that order in New Zealand.
