TF, release of Eugene Delis, a Socialist who had served a term of imprisonment, has been attended by extraordinary scenes of enthusiasm among the Socialists. Huge crowds greeted him when he lefi the penitentiary at Atlanta, Georgia, women throwin,r their arms about his nock and kissing bin. Debs then came lo Washington and consulted President Harding and Mr Dougherty. He declared that he would not pul, "a limitation on his future activities. Ho declared himself a citizen of the world who was dedicating himself to the task ot abolishing war.
