NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA, PROPOSAL FOP SEPARATION. Received December 29, 11.25 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 29. _ The Telegraph suggests dint the athletic alliance of Australia and New Zealand is llu’Oiiieued.
