STATEMENT IN THE DIET. TOKIO, July 9. . Suzuki, a member of the Diet, declared that the whole world disliked Japan, and naked whether the Government had any definite policy to steer it through the present crisis. Kei Hara replied that the world considered Japan progressive, and one of the great five Powers, but there were undoubtedly many things whereof Japan needed to be careful.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
