Received July 9. 8.50 a.m. LONDON, July 7. In the course of a speech at Edinburghl University tho King referred to the fact that the Dominions had sent many of their best and dearest sons to Edinburgh. His Majesty expressed his grateful acknowledgment of the splendid reception their kindred overseas bad accorded the Prince ol Males. (Router.)
