WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day The indications are for northerly winds, strong to gale and backing by north to west. , Stormy weather may be expected and heavy rain with rivers rising shortly. The barometer lias a falling tendency but is unsteady.
