SITUATION BECOMES'ACUTE. DELHI, June 17., The indecision of the British policy in Mesopotamia is rapidly developing an acute situation in that country. 'Several disturbances have lately occurred at .Bagdad. An agitator, while* delivering- inflammatory speeches, was arrested. Crowds gathered at the Mosque and elsewhere, collected arms, and set out to rescue the agitator. Rioting occurred when the police, intervened. An armoured car was attacltea, -but on a fewshots, being fired in reply the 'attackers dispersed. Recently several respectable Arab residents of Bagdad have been attacked at night with stones.
