The Crow; was not represented, and Mr Bailey S M., who reserved his decision, expressed the opinion that if the law proved to he that such moneys could not be attached, it should lie remedied. as it was extremely unfair that a debtor should be able to evade hieieditors by locking up money in the Post Office Savings Bank.
