There was a record attendance at the half-yearly summoned meeting of Couit Manawatu, A.0.F., held in the Foresters' jTlall last evening, and was presided over by the C.R., Bro. A. Rogers. One member was accepted by clearance frolri Court Makakahi. Tho chief business of the evening was the election of officers. Keen in- . tor est was displayed for tho various chairs and tho result of tho election is as follows: C.R., Pro. H. Fletcher; S.C.R., Pro. Walker; treasurer, Bro. J. Aitcheson; 1 secretary, Bro. A J Yortt; S.W., 11 r<>. M. Rosanoski; J.W., Bro. R.-Worsfold; 5.8., Bro. Bontly; J. 8., Pro. T. Hodgson; minuto secretary, Bro. J; B. Rosanoski; delegates to Friendly Societies' Dispensary Board, Bro.s. Yortt "and J. t), Rosanoski. t The installation ceremony will be performed at the first meeting in the New. Year (Jannary 5).
