Campbell, chum £8; costs 13s. JUDGMENT SUMMONS.
S W. Carter (Mr Innes) v. Cha-s. Johns, claim £lO 8s Id. No appearance of defendant, who was ordered to pay £b 8s forthwith, in default 7 days' imprisonment.
RESERVED JUDGMENT. John G Beattie v. Durward and Davidson The. claim was for £175, allegedly duo to plaintiff for transference of indenting interests The Magistrate in his decision said that (1) plaintiff has failed to prove that he has any completed agencies to transfer; (2) that any agency has been confinned to the plaintiff's new linn name, therefore defendant is not compelled to pay the. moneys agreed on until, plaintiff proves the existence of these agencies and lias them confirmed to Durward and Davidson. Plaintiff was non-suited, with costs to defendant.
