The Daily Mail is making- persistent attacks upon Admiral Sir John J'ojlicoe, advocating his removal from the Admiralty, and alleging that he is responsible for the inconclusive result of the Battle of Jutland. The Daily Mail recalls that Admiral Calder, in 1805. was court-martiallod for a similar lapse. The Daily Mail makes Admiral Jellicoe responsible for the failure to aid the Russian Baltic Fleet and for the loss of the convoy in the North Sea.
