ON THE RIGA FRONT.
GERMAN FORCES RETREATING. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. (Renter's Telegram.) Received October 26, 8.40 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 25. A wireless Russian official message says: "Enemy retired fifteen miles in the Riga region.' Near.. Pskov, on the high road to Little Gagel, our vanguards in some sectors lost touch with the retiring German forces. The enemy destroyed all buildings, roads, and bridges during the retreat. We repelled the enemy's attempts to effect a landing at Tomba, southward of Wcnde*.
