FURTHER ARRESTS MARE. Received October 26, 1.1.40 a.m. PARIS, Oct. 25. M. Lenoir, formerly proprietor of Le Journal, and Dosouclios, a well-known solicitor, have been arrested in connection with the flolo Pasha conspiracies. Before 8010 Pasha invested £1220,000 in Le Journal, MM. Lenoir and Desbuchcs in July, 1915, purchased shares valued at £400,000. M. Humbert, suspected in connection with the enemy, bought them out with Bolo’s money. Lenoir and Desouches are now charged with trafficking with the enemy, us Lenoir has given contradictory accounts concerning the origin of the money.
