A CHARGE OF INCENDIARISM. (PbK PfiRBH ASSOCIATION.) OISBOENE, Oct. 18. As (i sequel bo an outbreak of fire in the office of the Clisbornc Gas Company early this morning, police investigations are understood to show that the strong room door was wide open and inside two ledgers were propped open with tarred sticks; one of the ledgers was recovered partly burnt. The safe was also found open and the contents disarranged and a fairly considerable sum of money was missing. Later on Detective McLod arrested the company's accountant, Frank Pained, who was brought before the Magistrate and charged with arson in wilfully setting fire to the nremiscs.
