(High Commissioner's- (.'able.) LONDON, Dec. 1. General Smuts Teports that in East Africa the main German force was divided. One part was caught, between converging British columns and driven northwards. The re-! maindcr was forced to surrender north- 1 eastwards of Neulangcnburg. The remnant of General Wahl's force is Teducod to a j half bv casualties, and is making eastward :or Mahenge.
