AN AIR LORD.
Received December 2. 8.50 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 1. The Daily Express states that the Admiralty has decided to appoint- an admiral to; the Board, virtually as an Air Lord. The Manchester • Guardian says the Government is establishing the air t>ervico as a separate arm. The Air, Board is to control the financial, admin-1 istrativo and technical management of both the military and naval services, but is not to interfere with the strategy.
