TURCO-BULGARIAN TREATY. AMSTERDAM, Sept. 10. The Bulgarian semi-official journal Duevni confirms that the Tureo-Bulgarian treaty was signed on Monday, taking effect on the 20th. Bulgaria gains 1250 kilometres in Thrace.
