Zographos, the leader, stated that Greece was obliged to sacrifice Epirus to hgher interests, but the Epirotes declined to submit to a barbarous yoke. BERLIN, March 4. The Kaiser has agreed to Prince William of Wied's suggestion to permit German officers k> organise Albanian forces.
