COMPULSORY ARBITRATION.
(Bt Electric Telegraph-Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) LONDON. Sept. 1. The International Transporters' Congress discussed compulsory arbitration. Speakers frequently quoted Australia. Mr Ilavclock Wilson said tho Australian unions fared well without exception, where they had smart men to put tho case properly. Ben Tillett opposed compulsion in principle, but favoured the provisional adoption in order to educate tho worker* to light, capitalism. A decision was postponed.
