ANOTHER LAUNCH MISSING.
(Fib Pbiho AmocimoN.l DUNEDIN, Sept. 1. The Chief Postmaster has been advised bj the postmaster at Owaka that a fishing launch with four men on board ha 3 been missing from Tautuku since Saturday. The names of the men aro Meek (2), Graham and Meadows. There was no trace of the men up to 5.15 p.m. to-day. A launch left Tautuku this afternoon to search for them, and lighthouse-keepers and passing vessels have been requested to keep a look-out for them.

WELLINGTON MEN TURN UP
In connection with the supposed fatality at Lyall Bay (Wellington), whereby a fishing launch with four men aboard w-as alleged to have disappeared, it now happily ' 'urns out that there was no tragedy. When the fishermen attempted to re: urn on Sunday the engine broke down just outside the heads, and there was grave danger of the little vessel boin* swamped. She drifted about en Sunday night .and Monday, but erentualir port ws« made last night. The crew had a most anxious time, and were drenched to the skin.
