Ho refers to Mr Wado as over-bearing and uncouth, and predicts that his party will bo routed at the elections. Referring to Hon. Mr Neilscn's resignation. Mr McGowen declared that he did not think Mr Neilsen's policy regarding the freehold was wrong. The methods by whioh people had previously obtained land in this snd other countries was inequitable and unjust to posterity. Mr Neilson was one of the very best Ministors.
