A HASTINGS LIBEL ACTION,
(Per Presb Assor'tATTON.) NAPIER, July 3. The jury, in tho libel action, lan Simson v.' Kelson and the Hawke's Bay Tribune, after 3\ hours'' retirement, returned a verdict for plaintiff for £250. The claim was for £3OOO damages.
