Mrs Helena-Titus.(Helena Rubenstein), complexion specialist, trading in London and Australia as the Helena Rubonstein Company, &ued Mrs Winterfeldt, a wealthy New Yorker, for inducing an assistant to break a contract. The evidence showed that Mrs Titus paid the assistant 12s 6(1 a week, whereas it was proved that Mrs Titus received £l5O per month. During Mrs Titus' visit to Australia and New Zealand the assistant accepted £250 a year from Mrs Winterfeldt. , , , , An accountant proved that the ealo of Helena Rnbenstcin's preparations at the London branch amounted to £12,823 in eighteen months, and treatment fees £10,905 during tjie same period. ' K verdict for defendant was recorded.
