, ', PROVED FOR PROBATE AT £300,000 ' £12,238 DUTY ON PARTNERSHIP DEED. The estate of the lato Mr E. J. Rid.di- , ji ford, of Lower Hutt, has been valued . for probate at, £300,000.. The deceased } provided for the distribution of his estate • in a lengthy will followed by five codicils, v the last dated within a month of death. _ To the widow is bequeathed the resij deuce "Fern Grove," Lower Hutt, and i-l £IOOO for immediate requirements. It { [ is provided that upon Mrs Riddiford s '4 ' transference of her partnership interests :>{ in the Ruarnahanga property to her sons i (the remaining partners) ehc shall become entitled to an annuity of £2OOO per ani man, to be reduced to £2OO per annum 1 in the event of her marriage. I A trust fund is to bo created for too • benefit, of the three daughters.
