COMMITTEE MEETING. The- committee of the. . Manawatu Football Association met last evening, Mr Moore presiding. There were also present:—Messrs Young, Sutton, Martill, Crouch,. Ivempson• and the secretary. Messrs Shields and Duncan- were appointed ..delegates,to 'the ; New.) Ze'aland Referees' Association, : and. Mr Shields was -appointed to the .Football Council. It was decided to leave the matter of the. formation of a- .Referees' Association for' Manawatuover .till next meeting. 1 ';■. Palmereton.V,.teams,'.' when having home, matches to commence at. 3 p.m. In the .event of .a team arriving later the Association ■ shall have, the'power to deduct points from the offending team: unless satisfactory explanation is received from the club by the Association, The are the referees and matches .forthe >reuiainclor of the first round.
