RECIPROCITY.
CANADA AND THE STATES,

Speaking at Hamilton, _ Ontario, Mr Clifford Sefton said that reciprocity would moan that Canada would have to relinquish her present powerful position in British markets in order to compete in the United States markets. Americans would then capture tho British markets.
Senator Cummins intends proposing amendment when Congress resumes in order to secure for certain manufacturers benefiting farmers free admittance- from Canada.
