Mr Mondell,- of Wyoming/ called Mr Wickersham, of Alaska, a liar. Mr • Wickersham tried to knock Mr Mondell down and members interfered, the struggle lasting, .several minutes. The Sergeant at Arms was requisitioned, to restore order, and the members apologised to ( the House.
