J. J. PATTERSON SUSPENDED.

(Per Press Association.) • WELLINGTON, Oct. 28. The Appeal Court in the application to strike J. J. Patterson off the Rolls, decided that he be suspended for two years with permission for him, after six months, to apply for a removal of the suspension if he can give a satisfaotory explanation regarding his books, Patterson to pay the costs of the rule, fifteen guineas, and disbursements.
