The Federal Court of Alaska is engaged in a 2000 mile cruise aboard a Revenue cutter, trying and sentencing prisoners, and stowing them on board until the end of the cruise. The necessity for this proceeding arises from the prevalence of lawlessness amongst the salmon canneries of the islands and coast.
