Hurdle Races—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Races. —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race a further penalty of 61b extra. Horses handicapped at Bst 101b ind over to carry only half the above penalties. Or, if the handicapper considers it necessary he may increase the above penalties. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances.
