AUCTION SALES. Buyers are reminded of tho sale of household furniture and effects ,on account of Mrs Young, at. her residence, Hereford street, •on Wednesday, 16th inst., at 1 p.m. This is a nice, clean, well-kept lot, in good condition and order. As the furniture has only been used by the owner for a short time, and is for sale to the highest bidder, buyers should not miss this opportunity. Ltd., report having had an exceptionally heavy yarding of sheep for their Feilding sale. There was a good demand for lambs, and also good mouthed ewes. We were successful in quitting the bulk of our entry at prices in favour of vendors. We quote: —Lambs (culls) 3s Bd, 4s lid, ss. 5s 3d, medium ditto 5s 6d. 6s, 6s 2d, 7s 4d, cull ewes 5s Id to 6s, s.m. ewes Bs, 8s 3d, to 9s 3d, 4-year ewes 9s 3d to 10s, 4 and 6-th wethers lis 6d.
