The firm are giving the highest market rates for skins, fat, etc. Scouring is done under the supervision of an expert. R. 11. Bright announces that ho has disposed of his well-known jewellery business to Mr N. I). Stubbs, who is ■well and favourably known in Palmerston as a competent jeweller and watchmaker. Mr Bright, in returning thanks for the support accorded him during the time he lias been in business, requests a continuance of same for hie successor. All repairs left in Mr Bright's hands may be obtained from Mr Stubbs, whose receipt for payment will bo a sufficient discharge. Those desirous of investing in a profitable business would do well to make enquiries respecting a boardinghouse advertised for sale by Messrs W. Vicary and Sons, land agents, of Otoro'hanga, I King Country. This is a new and com- [ modious house, which was constructed on modern lines.
