EULOGY ON ENVER BEY
(Br Electric Telegbaph—Copyriqhta (Per Press Association.) LONDON. March 8. The Balkan Committee in England yesterday entertained Enver Bey. the new Turkish Ambassador in London, at luncheon. Mr Herbert Samuel, Postmaster-Gcn-oral, described the guest as "Turkey's Garibaldi." who drew the sword not in conquest but to win real reform for his peopfe.
