NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. BAND CONTEST AT WANGANTJI. ON 15th and 17th March, the usual 4.35 p.m. train, Wanganui to Palmerston, will be delayed to leave Wanganui 5.10 p.m., Racecourse 5.15 p.m., for Palmerston. The usual 7.10 p.m. train, Marton to Taihape, will be delayed to leave Marton at 7.45 p.m. after connecting with train from Wanganui. HOLIDAY EXCURSION Tickets, available for return until 19th March, will be issued to Wanganui by morning trains on 15th and 17th March, from Taihape, Palmerston, and intermediate stations.
