HAYWARD'S PICTURES. A sea voyage at this time of the year is an excellent means of spending a holiday, but unfortunately few have the opportunity of getting away. Mr Hayward comes to the rescue, however, by bringing the sea to our doors per medium of an excellent series of seascapes, combined with some views of the exhilarating pastime of motor boat racing. It is quite refreshing to watch the seeth-, ing water, and the excitement reaches a high pitch whjen the ■ fleeting boats dash by. In a pictorial sense the audience is also taken on a trip from New York to Genoa, really a tour in tabloid form. Scenes are shown of New York, including its great skyscrapers, ' the bustle and excitement attendant upon the departure of a great ocean liner, sketches on the voyage, ports of call, and finally a magnificent view of the harbour of Genoa with its mass of shipping, etc. The pictures are about the finest ever screened here, and are alone worth paying a visit to Hayward's Pictures to see. A large audience was present last evening, and the programme will be repeated for three more nights only, with a special matinee next Saturday afternoon.
