NAPIER ELECTIONS.

(Per' .Press Association.) 7 NAPIER, Feb. 10. The election to fill the vacancy on Napier Borough Council caused by the resignation of one of the disqualified Councillors, was held yesterday, and resulted in the return of Malcolm Treston, a new aspirant fyr municipal honours. The voting was as follows:—Treston 570, Montague Lascelles 430. James Beagley 164.
