FESTIVAL OF THE EMPIRE.
A COLONIAL CLUB. (By Electric Telegrafh—Copyright.) (Per Priss Association.) Received Feb. 5, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 4. Mr Burdotfc Coutts has offered the promoters of the Festival of the Empire his premises at 81, Piccadilly, as a clubhouse for the 1200 Colonial delegates participating in the pageant. Arrangements are being made for the delegates to visit the places of interest in England.
