PERSIAN PLOTS.
ARREST OF THE EX-SHAH'S SUPPORTERS. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) Received Feb. 4, 9.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 3. The press reports that Saidar Khan, the ex-Shah's chief supporter, was captured at Resht when crossing the frontier in disguise. He was carrying compromising correspondence. Two others of the ex-Shah's emissaries have been captured at Meshed. The members of the Persian Parliament demand that the ex-Shah's pension shall be stopped.
