Further particulars to follow. „ A sample of bread made from b.f. flour for which they are the local agents, has been left at our office by Messrs Whitehead Bros., bakers and confectioners. This bread is between the white loaf and the brown loaf in colour, as the process through which the flour passes, rnerelv removes the coarser particles. This' enables the production of a loaf that contains all the nutritive properties of wholemeal bread. The "S.P." bread being palatable is gaining _ favour amongst those who have tried it, especially as it is said to be admirably adapted for use by invalids.
