ENTERTAINMENTS.
PATHE PICTURES. CHANGE OF PROGRAMME. This evening Mr Henry Hayward will present the twelfth change of Pathe Pictures, when some excellent films will be run through. The star picture is a story of canine sagacity, entitled "The Nobleman's Dog," in which a most exciting duel between a dog and his master's assassin takes place. "The Territorials" is another star film, showing the new citizen section of the British Army and how the every-day toiler serves his Empire. Four interesting scenic studies will be screened, including " Scenes in Sourakatata," "With the German Cavalry," and some beautiful spots on " The Coast of Naples." The popular dramatic stories include *' Beautiful but Destitute," "A Rude Hostess, and a very fine Pathe Art film entitled "Andria Crenier." An attractive series of comic sketches include Only a Mouse," " Love's Souvenirs," Advertising for a Housekeeper," and a real screamer entitled "Paters Patent Painter." This programme will be shown for four nights only, another change being put on next Saturday evening.
