RUGBY DELEGATES.

DISSATISFACTION IN DUNEDIN. (Pee Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 10. Messrs George Fachc (Wellington), G. H. Mason (Christchurch), and George Dixon (Wellington) will represent the New Zealand Rugby Union at the interColonial Conference to be held in Sydney this month. DUNEDIN, Jan. 10. The appointment of Messrs Mason, Dixon, and Fachc to represent New Zealand at the proposed conference of the New South Wales, Queensland, and New Zealand Rugby Unions for the purpose of discussing the question of an amendment in the rules of the game, has caused a great deal of dissatisfaction in Dunedin. as it is contended that they are averse to any amendment in the rules. It is considered that as Otago and Auckland were the prime movers in the matter of altering the rules, they should have representatives at the conference. It is possible that a special meeting of the Otago Rugby Union Committee will be held to discuss the situation.
