The following sub-committee of the Cabinet has been appointed to inquire into the disposition and organisation of the Home fleets: — Mr Asquith, Prime Minister. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary for Foreign Affairs. Lord Crewe, Secretary for the Colonies. Mr Haldane, Secretary for War. Lord Morley, Secretary for India.
