"FARM HINTS."

One of the most useful implements used on a farm is a Cambridge roller. It makes a capital clod crusher and is also largely used for rolling grain crops after a growth of even four or five inches, by this means completely killing the grub which destroys the crops and at the same time consolidating the roots t of the plants. It is certainly an article that no farmer should be without; they can, also, have attached grain, grass, turnip or mangold sower's, which save a considerable amount of labour. A. F. Martin, engineer, iron and brass founder, isi now making Cambridge rollers all sizes. _ Farmers will find it greatly to their advantage to order these direct from the firm and save the middleman's profit.
