(Per Prwa Association.) HASTINGS, This Day. The Rev. Carr and family, who are leaving for the Marton circuit, were * farewelled by a great meeting of the congregation. AUCKLAND, This day. An Opposition meeting at Pukekohe, was addressed by Messrs Bollard, Kirkbride, Mander and Bamford. after which it was resolved to form a branch of the Political Reform League, 140 names of members being received. - The Auckland Customs for the financial year show the receipts to be £743,532, ah increase of £10,738 on the previous year and the record for this port. WELLINGTON, This day. The body of a man named Herbert Hilton Copestake, a baker by trade, was found in the harbour this morning. Deceased, who was about 35, was a married man.
