The interment of the late Mrs G. E. Hall, of Shannon, will take place tomorrow at 3 o'clock. The Kairanga County Council invite tenders for the supply of dog collars. Fire Brigade meets to-night. Articles suitable for the jumble stall at the Hospital Fete are required before to-morrow. Orient Lodge meets to-night. Messrs Bee and Pirani insert a replace advertisement giving particulars of some of the town and country properties in their hands for disposal. Mr W. Park, bookseller, stationer, etc., inserts a replace in this issue enumerating a few of the lines he has in stock. Inspection is invited. R. Darcy Ford's sale of furniture will be continued at the Manawatu Auction Co's. rooms to-morrow. Messrs Bee and Pirani desire to purchase a seven-roomed house with a couple of acres of land for a client. Train arrangements for the Pahiatua races are advertised to-day. The children who took part in tlie Highland dancing for the clock and chimes are invited to meet at the Oddfellows' Hall to-morrow to rehearse for the Hospital Fete. Fancy costume is unnecessary.
