The newspaper lluss states that if unilitary dictatorship is attempted the •whole country will strike confining the -Czardom to the Grand Duchy of Tsariskoe Selo {the Czar's palace). The paper -reminds Count de Witte of the fates of Stafford and Charles I. and demands the raising of the state of siege and the •end of the eseewtions.
