A British warship proceeds to Christiania to attend the reception of King Hakon and Princess Maud. King Edward, in thanking Norway for her congratulations on Princeßs Maud's ascension, stated "I am enchanted to learn that my dear daughter will be Queen of your magnificent and interesting country."
TOKIO, Nov. 21
The Japanese have declined to convoy the transports from Nagasaki to Vladivostock. Admiral Kozhdestvensky has sent his valuables ashore. Ultimately 2000 mutinous sailors were quieted, but trouble is feared when the Japanese torpedoers retire.
BERLIN. November 21.
Adyice has been received that Hendrik Witbooi, the leading spirit of the rebellion in German south-west Africa, has died of wounds. His son, Isaac, suicided.
BEELIN, Nov. 21
The German Imperial fund for military and official invalids shows a deficit of 14A million sterling. This occasions anxiety since the capital .fund has been expended to meet claims.
King Edward condoled with the Kaiser over the loss of a torpedoer.
