TOKIO, November 13. Admiral Togo commands the squadron ■visiting England in March.
SYDNEY, Nov. 13
Early this morning two masked armed men held up the Port Macquarrie mail coach, securing two bags containing cheques and postal orders. They escaped but the police are pursuing them.
BOMBAY, Nov. 13
Native ladies at Bombay welcomed the Princess of Wales at the Town Hall. The ceremony was one of great brilliancy, including many Parsee, Hindu, and Mahotnedan rites intended to insure blessings. One lady cast a shower of pearls over the Princess, who was greatly pleased at the ceremony. PARIS, November 13.
After considerable difficulty, M. Rouvier reconstructed his Ministry, appointing M. Etienne Minister of War, M. Dubief Minister for the Interior, and M. Trouillot Minister for Commerce. The two latter are prominent Radicals.
