Euronatkin Nearly Captured.

Owing to Japan insisting on the carriage of military stoics, China has suspended the train service to Sinminting. General Nogi marched forty miles in a day, greatly aiding the victory. The Russians admit their defeat was due chiefly to their ignorance of the Japanese positions and numbers, which vastly exceeded their calculations.
French St. Petersburg advices show that General Kuropatkm thrice narrowly escaped capture. His supplies were all lost, and he now asks for the despatch of supplies to Harbin, where none are left.
It is considered that General Bilderling's army and part of General Kaulbars' have been lost.
General Kuropatkin proposes to pro. ceed to Harbin.
The Czar is represented as being determined to prosecute the war with increased vigor.
